I always have a great experience here. A bit more expensive and fewer perks than other locations, but, solid service and excellent coffee, every time. It’s especially helpful when the staff are upbeat when you have to go on with the drudgery of life (at work, that is, when it happens). Customer service is top notch and great location especially if you work nearby and can’t be bothered with the lines at the biggie commercial coffee shop nearby. Go to Human Bean instead. You will be very well taken care of and receive very good coffee.

Just recently moved to this part of Boise. On the 4th of July went out to look for a coffee place. Totally forgot it was a holiday at first 🤦🏻♀️ Drove up frightened they weren’t open... and to my surprise they were!!!! Very friendly staff! Even got a free protein bar! So happy they were there for me even on a holiday! Thanks so much! The cold brew coffee was delicious and got me through the day after a long week from moving!!!

Okay, the workers are nice, and the menu is loaded with a great variety of drinks. My main gripe is that the coffee is almost completely tasteless! When I order a hot drink it tastes like hot water, a cold drink taste like cold water, or there's barely any flavor at all. I'm not sure how they do this or why their coffee/espresso tastes this way. It's just not what I prefer.I like coffee with a lot of flavor and a rich taste, especially in a mocha, or latte. I've gone several times hoping that it was just a fluke, because it's the closest coffee place to my house. But it's always is the same. If you want the benefit of coffee, but you DON'T like the taste of coffee, this is the place for you.
